Justin Boots Keaven WP Met Guard Work Boot Recall

Justin Boots has announced a Keaven WP Met Guard Work Boot recall for Model SE4570, due to a critical safety issue. Approximately 3,200 pairs of these boots are affected by the recall  after it was discovered that they might lack the essential metatarsal guard, posing a significant impact hazard to users’ feet.

Recall Date: January 11, 2024

Product Description

The recall specifically targets the Men’s Dark Brown Keaven WP Met Guard Work Boots, Model SE4570, produced in July and August 2022. These are slip-on leather work boots resembling cowboy boots, designed with both a metatarsal guard and a steel toe for foot protection. They come in tan and brown with decorative stitching and are available in men’s sizes 7 through 14. Notably, the boots feature a red “Justin” label on the outsole, with the brand also stamped near the outside heel. The labels “Steel Toe” and “Met Guard” are sewn into the side seam, and a manufacturing date code is heat-transferred inside the boot’s shaft.
